Online coaching here is not a template dropped into a PDF. Every program is written against your equipment, your schedule, and your training history. Diet plans are built around Indian food you already cook: dal, roti, paneer, curd, chicken, eggs, and fish. The WhatsApp channel stays open. Form videos get a real response, not a thumbs-up emoji. The standard is the same as in-person. The delivery is different. Nothing else changes.

Work travel or a shifting schedule is not a problem. The program is flexible enough to adapt when your gym closes for two weeks or your workout slot moves. What equipment do I need?

Gym access works best. Home setups with a barbell, dumbbells, and an adjustable bench are fully programmable. Even a pair of kettlebells is enough to run a structured program. The onboarding form captures your exact setup and programming is built around it.

How do form-check videos work?

Record one working set from the side or from the front, then send it on WhatsApp. Feedback comes back within 24 hours as a written response with specific cues. What to fix. What is already correct. What to watch on the next set.

How is this different from a template app or generic program?

Template apps have no accountability and no personalization. A generic program does not adjust when you hit a plateau. Here, every check-in is reviewed. Program changes are logged and tied to your actual numbers. The difference is the human review cycle and the willingness to rework the plan when data does not match prediction.

Can I switch to in-person if I visit Vadodara?

Yes. Online clients get first-come scheduling for in-person sessions at partner gyms across Vadodara during visits. The program carries over directly. No separate onboarding needed.

What if I am a beginner with no training history?

Beginners are welcome. The onboarding form captures your current fitness level and any movement limitations. Programming starts conservative and builds volume and intensity over weeks.
